How to delete my profile?

If you wish to delete your user profile, simply log into your account, navigate to the user tab section, and select "delete my profile."

A few days after deletion, all profile data including photos and conversations will be permanently removed.

For security and legal purposes, certain information such as email addresses, IP addresses, and geolocation data is retained but is anonymized after 1 year. Financial records linked to your email are kept for 3 years to comply with local tax regulations.

If your account was deleted by mistake, please contact us immediately. While our system performs automated clean-ups regularly, in some cases, it might be possible to halt the deletion process and restore your profile. Once an account is fully removed from our database, recovery is not possible, and a new profile will need to be created.
